You are incorrect. The rehaut is not misaligned. It is the dial that is misaligned. The case does not have to be entirely replaced to fix this. There is play in the dial. What needs to be done is the watch has to be opened and the dial has to be loosened, positioned correctly, and .

Oftentimes it's not even that the rehaut is misaligned, it's that the movement and therefore dial is rotated when being placed into the case, which throws off the alignment. That looks like it could be the case here where the dial is rotated slightly to the left. It can be fixed by being rotated into the correct position.
