The movements in both watches are typical of Omega exports to the US (with the decorated plates and ‘SWISS’ marked next to the balance cock. Chapter 2 of AJTT (pp.54 – 58) shows some early pocket watches (even from 1896, 1897, 1901, 1903 etc) with similar dials (even with red 5 – 60 markings) – albeit not identical.

It looks to be nickel-plated steel. There was no serial number visible anywhere on the movement: but I was advised that it could be behind the dial, and so it proved. I've bought a very early Omega wristwatch with fixed lugs. I can't find much information about the watch, I found one on the internet without the engraving on the case from 1928 according to the seller. The case is completely .925 silver by Omega and 30mm width. Equipped with a porcelain dial.
