Awful customer service and bag quantity. I purchased a Louis Vuitton and the description stated it was in pristine quality. In less than 4 months the bag deteriorated. When I contacted customer service I was told, they wouldn't do anything and that the bags issues were my fault. They included a web address for a bag restoration company.
